Introducing our latest beer, Pink Moon 💕🌜 Pink Moon was a treat to create because it was brewed by the women of Two Frays! This beer is a Belgian Wit with hibiscus and brewed with malted and unmalted wheat, orange peel, coriander, and a splash of hibiscus, then hopped with Saphir. Danielle holds a PhD in ethnomusicology. Her research focuses on soul and funk music and the intersection between race, gender, sexuality, and genre. She is currently writing a book on the life and music of 1970s feminist funk pioneer, and Pittsburgh native, Betty Davis. She is a professor at University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University where she teaches courses in World Music. ⁠ This will be a good one! See you there!

She noticed that in the summer, breweries typically only had one dark beer on tap—a bourbon barrel-aged stout with a really high ABV.⁠ ⁠ Jen wanted a flavorful, dark beer with a lower ABV—something approachable, not heavy or boozy.
