In 2022, Two Frays Brewery will be joining the Brave Noise Movement. Brave Noise is a global collaborative effort to provide inclusive and safe environments for women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ throughout our beer industry. By brewing our Brave Noise Collaboration Pale Ale, Two Frays is standing in solidarity with those who shared their stories about mistreatment and who are survivors of gender discrimination, racism, sexual assault, and harassment within the industry.
Two Frays has always had a strong Code of Conduct and Anti- Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy for our Staff. Aligned with this Brave Noise Movement, we want to make our commitment public by sharing our Code of Conduct so that together we can hold each other accountable.
You’re not just buying a beer when you visit Two Frays Brewery. You’ll be supporting our local community and now also supporting long overdue change in our beer industry.

CODE OF CONDUCT
At Two Frays Brewery, Our goals are simple: be inviting and kind and offer something for everyone. We are creating a welcoming, inclusive space for all. We expect our customers, partners and employees to all act in a similar manner that is consistent with our Goals.
Two Frays has a strict policy against all types of workplace harassment, including sexual harassment and other forms of workplace harassment. Harassment is not tolerated in any form. This includes all employees, guests, and vendors of Two Frays Brewery. Employees who violate the code of conduct are subject to disciplinary action and possible termination. We take all reports of harassment and discrimination very seriously.
WHAT is HARASSMENT or DISCRIMINATION
Harassment and discrimination can include the following, but this list is not exhaustive. We will take action that we deem appropriate against anyone who harasses or discriminates against others. Staff will be subject to disciplinary action. Customers may be removed from Two Frays for the day or for an extended period. Vendors may be asked to make changes or lose our business.
HOW TO REPORT
We encourage everyone to bring these things to our attention. Customers can tell a server or manager; staff can talk to their manager or someone else with whom they feel comfortable. If you witness something and would prefer to report it later, please email
